การเชิญผ้าพระกฐินพระราชทานมาทอดถวาย ณ วัดนิโรธรังษี กรุงพนมเปญ เมื่อวันที่ 24 ตุลาคม 2556

เมื่อวันที่ 24 ตุลาคม 2556 กระทรวงการต่างประเทศแห่งราชอาณาจักรไทย ร่วมกับสถานเอกอัครราชทูต ณ กรุงพนมเปญ และชุมชนไทยในกัมพูชา จัดงานพิธีเชิญผ้าพระกฐินพระราชทานมาทอดถวาย ณ วัดนิโรธรังษี แขวงนิโรธ เขตเมียนเจย กรุงพนมเปญ โดยนายณัฏฐวุฒิ โพธิสาโร รองปลัดกระทรวงการต่างประเทศ ประธานในพิธี เป็นผู้อันเชิญผ้าพระกฐินพระราชทาน และสมเด็จพระอัคคมหาสังฆราชเทพ วงษ์ สมเด็จพระสังฆราชราชอาณาจักรกัมพูชา. ฝ่ายมหานิกาย ได้ทรงมอบหมายให้พระธรรมโกศาจารย์ ฆี สุวรรณรัตต์นา พระราชาคณะชั้นโท เป็นผู้แทนพระองค์ในการเป็นประธานฝ่ายสงฆ์  ซึ่งทั้งพระธรรมโกศาจารย์ ฆี สุวรรณรัตต์นา และรองเจ้าอาวาสวัดนิโรธรังษี ได้เทศน์แสดงความซาบซึ้งในพระมหากรุณาธิคุณของพระบาทสมเด็จพระเจ้าอยู่หัวฯ ที่ได้ทรงพระกรุณาโปรดเกล้าโปรดกระหม่อมให้อันเชิญพระผ้ากฐินพระราชทานไปทอดถวายที่วัดนิโรธรังษีเป็นครั้งนี้นับเป็นครั้งที่ 3 และขอถวายพระพรแด่พระบาทสมเด็จพระเจ้าอยู่หัวฯ สมเด็จพระบรมราชินีนาถ และพระบรมวงศานุวงศ์ทุกพระองค์ให้ทรงพระเจริญด้วยจตุรพิธพรชัย

ในวันดังกล่าวมีผู้เข้าร่วมงานกฐินพระราชทานเป็นจำนวนประมาณ 300 คน ทั้งชุมชนชาวไทย พุทธบริษัทชาวกัมพูชา และบุคคลสำคัญ และเจ้าหน้าที่ระดับสูงจากรัฐบาลกัมพูชา อาทิ H.E. Mr. Yaseng Lao เอกอัครราชทูตสาธารณรัฐประชาธิปไตยประชาชนลาวประจำราชอาณาจักรกัมพูชา H.E. U Cho Htun Aung เอกอัครราชทูตเมียนมาร์ประจำราชอาณาจักรกัมพูชา และภริยา H.E. Mr. Var Kim Hong รัฐมนตรีอาวุโสด้านกิจการชายแดน  H.E. Mr. Em Sam An รัฐมนตรีช่วยว่าการกระทรวงมหาดไทย  H.E. Dr. Nouv Sovathero รัฐมนตรีช่วยว่าการกระทรวงข่าวสาร  H.E. Mr. Pit Chamnan  รัฐมนตรีช่วยว่าการกระทรวงศึกษาธิการ H.E. Mr. So Mara รัฐมนตรีช่วยว่าการการทรวงการท่องเที่ยว  H.E. Ms. Menh Kossony รัฐมนตรีช่วยว่าการกระทรวงวัฒนธรรมและวิจิตรศิลป์  H.E. Mr. Trac Thai Seing รองผู้ว่าราชการกรุงพนมเปญ และ H.E. Academician Sum Chhum รองนายกสมาคมมิตรภาพกัมพูชา – ไทย เป็นต้น

ในโอกาสนี้ สามารถรวบรวมเงินพระราชทานและเงินโดยเสด็จพระราชกุศลจากชุมชนชาวไทยผู้มีจิตศรัทธาได้เป็นเงินทั้งสิ้น 10,759 ดอลลาร์สหรัฐ 28,850 บาท 3,990,000 เรียล และปัจจัยเงินทำบุญของพุทธบริษัทกัมพูชาจำนวน 12,390,000 เรียล และประมาณ 3,000 ดอลลาร์สหรัฐ โดยปัจจัยทั้งหมดได้ถวายวัดนิโรธรังสี ซึ่งทางวัดจะนำไปใช้ในการก่อสร้างอาคารโรงเรียนสงฆ์หลังใหม่ ซึ่งคาดว่าจะแล้วเสร็จในปลายปี 2556 นี้

สถานเอกอัครราชทูต ณ กรุงพนมเปญ ขอขอบพระคุณชาวไทยทุกท่าน พุทธบริษัทชาวกัมพูชาและต่างประเทศทุกท่าน ที่ได้มีส่วนร่วมในการจัดงานและเข้าร่วมงานอันเป็นมงคลครั้งนี้เป็นอย่างยิ่ง

The Royal Kathina Robe Offering Ceremony at Niroth Raingsey Monastery, Phnom Penh on 24 October 2013

          On 24 October 2013, The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Thailand, the Royal Thai Embassy and the Thai Community in Cambodia held the Royal Kathina Robe Offering Ceremony at Niroth Raingsey Monastery, Sangkat Niroth, Khan Meanchey in Phnom Penh. 

          H.E. Mr. Nuttavudh Photisaro, Deputy Permanent Secretary of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, presided over the Offering Ceremony of the Royal Kathina Robes graciously bestowed by His Majesty the King through the Ministry of Foreign Affairs to the Niroth Raingsey Monastery.  In this regard, His Holiness Samdech Preah Akka Moha Sangharajadhipati Tep Vong, the Great Supreme Patriarch of Cambodia, has appointed Preah Dhamma Kosajarn Ki Suwannrattana, to preside as the clerical head of the Ceremony.

          The Vulnerable Preah Dhamma Kosajarn Ki Suwannrattana and the Vice-Abbot of the Niroth Raingsey Monastery both expressed their deep appreciation to His Majesty the King for graciously bestowing the Royal Kathina Robes to the Niroth Raingsey Monastery for the third time, as well as blessed His Majesty the King, Her Majesty the Queen and all the members of the Royal Family the Four Sacred Blessings of Life.

          About 300 people attended the Royal Kathina Robes Offering Ceremony including Thai Community in Cambodia, Khmer Buddhists, H.E. Mr. Yaseng Lao, Ambassador of Lao PDR in Cambodia, H.E. U Cho Htun Aung. Myammar Ambassador, as well as distinguished guests from the Royal Cambodian Government e.g. H.E. Mr. Var Kim Hong, Senior Minister in charge of Border Affairs, H.E. Mr. Em Sam An, Secretary of State of the Ministry of Interior, H.E. Dr. Nouv Sovathero, Secretary of State of the Ministry of Information, H.E. Mr. Pit Chamnan  Secretary of State of the Minitry of Education, Youth and Sport,  H.E. Mr. So Mara, Secretary of State of the Ministry of Tourism, H.E. Ms. Menh Kossony, Secretary of State of the Ministry of Culture and Fine Arts,H.E. Mr. Trac Thai Seing, Vice Governor of Phnom Penh Municipality, H.E. Academician Sum Chhum, Vice President of the Cambodian – Thai Friendship Association.

          The total amount of donation by His Majesty the King, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and the Thai Community amounted to USD 10,759, THB  28,850, and KHR 3,990,000, as well as the additional amount of KHR 12,390,000 and about USD 3,000 from local Buddhist community.  The donation were presented to the Niroth Raingsey Monastery to help support the build of a new Dhamma School building currently under construction at the Niroth Raingsey Monastery,. which is expected to be completed by December 2013.
